What services does your spa offer?

The Spa offers massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, body scrubs and wraps, as well as a variety of spa packages.

How do I make a reservation for a spa treatment?

You can book a service or treatment online, by calling 301-699-4295, or come see us or in person at The Spa.

Where is The Spa located?

You’ll find The Spa on the 4th floor of The Hotel in the Wellness Corridor.

Is there a minimum age requirement to use the spa?

Guests aged 18+ may enjoy facial and massage services. Reservations are required.

Do you offer group bookings or events for special occasions?

Our estheticians, massage therapists, and nail technicians are ready to accommodate your next group spa day. For group bookings such as bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, and more, contact the spa.

Can I use the spa if I’m not a hotel guest?

You do not need to be a guest of The Hotel to access The Spa. Day guests are welcome to stop in for a service or treatment, and will also have access to The Hotel’s heated indoor pool and state-of-the-art fitness center.

What should I wear to the spa?

Dress comfortably. Robes, towels, and sandals are available.

Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?

Please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Is there a cancellation policy for spa reservations?

Please be advised that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual appointments and 48 hours for groups of two or more. Appointments booked within 24 hours are considered confirmed and will be subject to our cancellation policy. Any changes and/or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of services booked for that day. Please be aware that if you arrive late for your appointment, your service time will be reduced accordingly and the full price of your scheduled service will still be charged.

What forms of payment do you accept at the spa?

The Spa accepts all major credit and debit cards, cash, or room charges for hotel guests.

Can I purchase spa gift certificates for friends or family?

Absolutely, we think that’s a great idea! Give the gift of well-being here.

Are gratuities included in the spa services, or should I tip separately?

Gratuities are not included for individual services. A 20% gratuity is added to groups of three or more.

What amenities are available in the spa area?

There is a relaxation room with zero gravity chairs, a full locker room with showers, and a beverage station with complementary coffee, tea and water.

Is the spa accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes, The Spa is fully accessible and additional equipment can be provided upon request.
