CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Upon your initial arrival at The Hotel, please park under the large glass awning on Hotel Drive and use the revolving door to access the lobby. You’ll be greeted by our front desk staff, who will guide you through the check-in process and give you the details and directions for your parking options. Our reception area has been modified for a low-touch check-in experience. Minimum age to check-in is 21.
Check-out time is 12:00 pm. When checking out of The Hotel your white parking garage key card will remain active long enough for you to exit the garage. Guests can leave the room keys in their guest room, or drop them at the convenient key-drop locations in the lobby, but take the parking garage key card with you so you can use it to exit the garage. Please provide your room number to the desk or call down to let us know you are checking-out and we will email you a receipt for a touchless check-out experience.
After scanning your card at the gate to make your final exit, please deposit your key card in the drop box, located at the exit gate.
GUEST HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Hotel has launched a comprehensive cleaning and sanitization program named Ever Strong. Based upon the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), government authorities, and in concert with the American Hospitality and Lodging Association’s Safe Stay standards, Ever Strong is built upon four pillars— physical distancing & face coverings, cleanliness, active monitoring and rapid response. TRANSPORTATION
PARKING GARAGE
The Hotel offers a private parking garage with 850 enclosed spaces. The garage offers parking for guests of The Hotel, meetings and restaurants. Please note, only credit card payments are accepted.
SELF-PARKING
Self-parking is available in our attached garage at a discounted rate of $16/day for hotel guests. Guests who choose this option will receive a parking key card at check-in, which will allow for full in/out privileges throughout their hotel stay. Directions for using the parking key card to enter/exit the garage can be found below.
SELF-PARKING INSTRUCTIONS (FOR ENTERING/EXITING THE GARAGE)
At check-in guests who opt for self-parking will receive an all-white parking key card. (Note: Hotel room keys are black with a design, while parking keys are all-white.) Guests should carry this white parking key card any time they wish to enter/exit the garage and hold it up against the designated spot on the entrance/exit gate box. The parking key card will raise the gates each time a guest enters or exits the garage as long as they are checked in at The Hotel.

METRO
The Hotel is located less than one mile from the College Park Metro station, which is on Metro’s Green Line. Daily parking, bike racks, car sharing and Metrobus transportation are also available at this station. Metro SmartTrip cards are available at the station’s kiosk. TRAIN
The Maryland MARC Train, which runs between Baltimore’s Camden Station and Washington, DC’s Union Station, is a quick and convenient way to traverse the corridor between these two major cities. The MARC Train Station is located on the west side of the College Park Metro station, less than a mile from The Hotel. Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the College Park Metro station.

We are located near the three major airports that serve the Baltimore–Washington, DC area. The Hotel is 17 miles from Ronald Reagan National Airport; 27 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Airport; and 36 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport.

Q: HOW DO I OPERATE THE GUEST ROOM LIGHTING?
A: Guest room lighting is controlled through a digital Evolve® panel. The Evolve® controls can be found just inside the guest room door, in the bathroom and beside the bed. When entering the room just press the “On/Off” button, which will turn on (or off) all the lights in your room. From there, the Evolve® controls are labeled to allow you to turn on/off individual lights from the same location.
Q: HOW DO I OPERATE THE DRAPERIES?
A: Draperies are also digitally controlled and can be opened/closed with the touch of a button. Please look for the digital control panel on the wall near your guest room window.
Q: HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE “DO NOT DISTURB” MESSAGE?
A: If you’d like housekeeping to skip your room and come back later, please use the Evolve® digital control panel near your guest room door. Press the button for “Privacy,” which controls the digital display outside your door. When “Privacy” is selected, you will not be disturbed by our housekeepers. Conversely, when you’d like your room to be serviced, you can press the button for “Service” to alert our housekeepers.
