Guests craving local cuisine will visit Old Maryland Grill for the area’s best dry-aged steaks and seafood. Enjoy locally sourced favorites like crab cakes, oysters from Maryland and Virginia waters, and 24 local beers and ciders on tap. Old Maryland Grill will also be available for in-room dining.
We’re also proud to host chef Mike Isabella’s Kapnos Taverna, serving classic and coastal-inspired Greek dishes, including favorites from the Greek Islands along with tastes from other regions known for their fine local products. Like its sibling restaurants in D.C., Maryland and Virginia, Kapnos Taverna features traditional versions of Greek favorites alongside executive chef George Pagonis’s contemporary takes on the ancient cuisine. The restaurant’s liquid offerings feature a Greek-heavy wine list and Mediterranean-inspired cocktails by Mike Isabella Concepts beverage director Taha Ismail.
