The Hotel at The University of Maryland invites you to participate in an afternoon seminar and panel discussion about using social media to effectively co-market small businesses in the bridal industry. Attendees will hear best practices from industry experts about how to market your business on today’s social platforms, and how to effectively work together with other industry partners to increase the reach and frequency of your message to potential customers.

Pat Richitt has been in the events industry for more than 20 years, with business ownership experience in the E-Commerce, Floristry, Entertainment, Events and Event Production market segments. This varied career experience has provided him the business perspective to assist fellow business owners with the marketing and communication issues we all face today. We asked Pat to moderate our panel discussion because of his combination of industry experience and passion for new technology and cooperative marketing.​ He brings a unique perspective regarding social media’s place in the current state of the wedding business.

Kristin, and the team at Elle Nicole, has planned events both locally and internationally and has been featured in Modern Luxury Wedding Magazine, Black Bride, and Aisle Perfect. Kristin has found great success using a combination of social media tools and old-school networking skills to build her business from the ground up.
